ICA-National Meeting

Mini van bring 20 core-team member to Chombork eco-community. We were called Phnom Penh core-team and Battam Bang core-team. I feel ICA has been seperate into two group coz of these two word, PNH & BTB.

The first day we enjoy with our program and especially night time which we BBQ hot-dog & sweet potatos together. Whoever you are, we welcome you.

Second day, we go through our Agenda, and one thing that i had notice and also involve with the conversation is Quota between 50%+1. I felt very upset and unhappy with this policy.

Where is our relationship? Why do we need quota?

Problem had been heal after everyone speak out from what their inner voice told them.

I personally spoke out a point that i dont like about ICA policy. After hard conversation, I felt so release and comfortable.

PNH & BTB core-team have been understand each other more and more after QT and Sharing.

As the result, we can select Vice-President who is 100% welcome by core-team member.

He brings us a hope to ICA core-team relationship.

On the way back home is the 3rd day. Everything feel more understanding and the gap of relationship has been narrow.

The future of this relationship is start from every single person of core-team member.

Personally, i will make my good relationship with BTB core-team. To make them feel that PNH core-team and BTB core-team is only ONE. We are ICA.

Thanks Pisith?

Pisith was born in 1984 in Siem Reap town. After one year, his parents moved to live in countryside. His childhood was full of effort & enjoyability. As he remembered, he lived in rental flat with his sister and his brother. He walked to primary school everyday and came back home to do his housework. Every month he need to went out for collecting fire food. Every evening he collected water from handdug well, clean his flat and reading lesson. He was not clever student. He didn't want to study. Just played and played with his neigbourhood friend every night.
